Grab your Fedora

On the eve, err well, the morning of the release of LA Noire, I find myself giddy with anticipation.

I spent my down time at work yesterday watching play with Spanish and German subtitles, the German was a much better player but I digress.

While I see points where the game could be frustrating, not being able to find a clue, for instance, and at times repetitive, but those that focus on these faults might be missing the point.  But like Red Dead Redemption, Rockstar gives us another period piece, which are personally my favorite when it comes to games or shows(Mad Men & Boardwalk Empire), and the whole experience, over the game play alone, will be the draw of the game. At times Red Dead could be tedious, having to ride completely across the map or having to rustle cattle, but they all just added to the experience. Hopefully, Rockstar followed the model with LA Noire.

Its now T-minus 2 hours till I go pick up the game, and I know if you are like me, you have dreamed of the day when you could play Ken Cosgrove and we all can rejoice, the time has arrived.
